Do you ship internationally?
Yes — House of Wura ships worldwide, and shipping is complimentary on every order with no minimum. Delivery times vary by destination; we email you tracking details once your order ships.
How do I pay?
Checkout is secure. At the payment step you can pay by M-Pesa, Airtel Money or card — you choose the method yourself. All payments are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
Are the pieces authentic gold?
Our jewelry is gold-tone with crystal settings — designed for statement style. Material details are on each product page.
What is Blush by Wùrà?
Blush by Wùrà is our hair-bundles line within House of Wura — “bundles that make you blush.” You can shop it now at /collections/blush-by-wura.
Can I return something?
All sales are final — we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so do ask us anything you need before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email sales@houseofwura.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll put it right.
