We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Complimentary shipping on every order, worldwide, with no minimum. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Delivery times vary by destination. We confirm your dispatch date and tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check dimensions, colour and finish carefully before ordering — and email sales@houseofwura.com if you would like more detail, or a measurement, on a piece before you buy. We would rather answer ten questions than have you receive something that isn’t right.

This does not affect your legal rights. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from how it was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right by repair, replacement or refund.
