Who you are contracting with

houseofwura.com is operated by House of Wura Ltd, a company registered in Kenya, whose registered office is Kiamumbi Building, Kigali Street, Kahawa, Ruiru, Kiambu County, Kenya. Formal notices may be sent to P.O. Box 65801–00607, Kamiti, Kenya. For anything else, email sales@houseofwura.com.

Use of the site

By using houseofwura.com you agree to these terms. Content and imagery are the property of House of Wura and may not be reused without permission.

Orders & pricing

All orders are charged in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Where a price is displayed in another currency it is a reference conversion only — the KES amount shown at the payment step is what you pay.

Shipping is complimentary on every order, so the total shown at checkout is the full amount payable.

House of Wura is registered for VAT in Kenya. A tax invoice is available on request — email sales@houseofwura.com with your order number.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full where we do.

Products

We work to represent colours and finishes accurately; slight variation between screens and pieces is normal.

Returns

All sales are final: we do not offer returns or exchanges where you have simply changed your mind. Please use the detail on each product page, and ask us before ordering if anything is unclear.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or the Sale of Goods Act. Goods that arrive damaged, faulty, or materially different from their description may be repaired, replaced or refunded — contact us within 7 days of delivery. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
